Registration closes 24 hours prior to each training session
Every session must be booked and paid for before training begins.
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the session start time.
Late cancellations and no-shows count as completed or used sessions.
Small-group sessions require at least two registered athletes and are capped at five athletes.
If only one athlete is registered, Flyght may reschedule the session or offer a private-session upgrade for the price difference.
Holiday, tournament, facility closure, and Academy event adjustments will be communicated in advance whenever practical.
