Flyghtwood Landings is a community-centered experience district designed to bring together families, athletes, and local businesses through high-energy events and programming. We offer multiple pathways for vendors to participate based on fit, commitment level, and event scale.

Vendor Participation Options (Tier Overview)
Flyghtwood Landings vendors participate through one of the following pathways:
1) Trial Vendors
A short-term opportunity for mutual evaluation (typically 1–2 days). Trials are limited and available only during select non-premium events.
2) Seasonal Vendors
Seasonal vendors commit to a defined season of events (example: fall programming or winter events). Seasonal vendors may be invited to select premium weekends after a successful trial.
3) Long-Term Vendors
Long-term vendors establish an ongoing presence and receive priority placement and consistent opportunities.
4) Premium Event Vendors
Premium events are high-traffic weekends and are priced separately. These opportunities are event-only and do not include trials.
